About this treatment
A continuous stream of warm herbal oil is poured gently over the forehead, the point traditionally called the third eye. It is one of the most calming treatments in Kerala Ayurveda, chosen by guests who want to quieten a busy mind and ease stress and tension.
What to expect
- 01You rest on a traditional wooden treatment table, eyes covered and head supported.
- 02Warm herbal oil flows in a steady, rhythmic stream across your forehead while your therapist guides it from side to side.
- 03Time is left for you to rest quietly before you rise.
Good to know: treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical treatment. Please tell your therapist, and consult your doctor first, if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
