Your privacy

This notice explains, in plain words, what personal information Orchha Vedic Spa collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

When you book on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your name, phone number and the booking details you share with us, such as the treatment, date and time. If you tell us about a health condition so we can care for you safely, we use it only for that purpose.

Cookies and visitor statistics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and buttons are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. The statistics do not show us your name or phone number, and we do not use them for advertising. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

If you tap Reject, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Why we use it

To arrange and confirm your booking, to contact you about it, and to keep basic records required to run our business.

Who sees it

Only our team. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your booking and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, send us a WhatsApp message on +91 79879 61874. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who makes the booking on their behalf.
