About this treatment
Nasyam is one of the Panchakarma procedures of Ayurveda. Herbal oils are applied through the nose after a gentle face and head massage. It is traditionally used for congestion of the sinus area and headache.
What to expect
- 01A gentle massage of the face, head and shoulders, often with warmth.
- 02Measured drops of herbal oil are applied through the nostrils.
- 03A short rest while the treatment settles.
