We are located within Amar Mahal, a heritage property a short two-minute drive from the town centre. It gives our spa an elegant, tranquil setting.

Kerala Ayurveda
The science of life
Ayurveda, Sanskrit for “the science of life”, is one of the oldest healing traditions in the world. It began in India more than five thousand years ago and was passed down for generations, from master to disciple, rooted in Vedic culture.
Kerala, in India’s far south, is known for keeping these traditions alive, especially warm herbal oil therapies such as Shirodhara and Abhyanga. Our treatments follow that tradition.
